These services are offered for reconditioning of redundant, out of warranty or end-of-service life and old ICT assets into functional, upgraded products, capable of delivering operational performance and life expectancy level comparable to new assets. Our repair facilities are configured to restore every product to an ‘equal to new’ status and deliver user experience almost equivalent to a new one. Customers availing these services re-deploy refurbished assets in their businesses or re-market them in the second-user segment. The services include cosmetic reconditioning and reinstatement, hardware replacement, factory restore and reconfigurations, firmware updates, functional testing, OEM upgrades and product re-certification.

Wesben Technologies is pleased to provide the Services for non-OEM in-warranty and out-of-warranty, OEMs out-of warranty end of life (“EOL”) server, storage, network, desktop and notebook systems together are the “Supported Product(s)”) in accordance with this Service Description. The Services provide technical support options (telephone, Internet, etc.), service parts, and labor services to maintain systems in a normal operating condition during the Term.

24x7 telephone support

On-site Service options (next Business Day on-site support or - 4 hour on-site support, available 24x7). “Business Day” means any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public, bank, or nationally recognized holiday.

Direct telephone access twenty-four (24) hours each day, seven (7) days each week (including holidays) to analysts for troubleshooting assistance of hardware issues as described within this Service Description.

On-site dispatch of technician and/or service parts to Customer’s business location for repairs and resolution necessary to bring a Supported Product to normal operating condition.

Remote troubleshooting assistance for common support issues, when available, and with Customer’s consent.

Overview
We provides PAN India door step support. Tie-ups with more than 4+ national logistics providers for cost-effective model. It ensures efficient deliveries and coverage across country to meet the Customer's SLA.
It includes forward logistics and reverse logistics, handling forms and permits, customer clearance & logistics.
The logistic part is our back bone of our company to connect with maximum vendors and customers locating at every corners across the country.
During the tenure of contracts we ensure our vendors are equipped with tools & tackles, experience manpower and sufficient hardware to extend the support on immediate basis and arrange the spares / units for the logistics pickup.

Overview
These cater to legacy, current and next-generation ICT technologies, covering devices that require major diagnostic and repair exercises at the chip or component level.
L3 and L4 level repairs are carried out in controlled environments of Wesben’s Repair Facilities. Each facility is equipped with sophisticated, ESD compliant, repair and testing infrastructure, RF Testers, temperature-controlled soldering and de-soldering stations, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and other tools.
Experienced and certified service engineers, who are frequently trained in emerging repair technologies, work on precision-based repair processes.
